I have spent a lot of money with them and will continue to do so as they are always the company I reccommend and link to on the forums and in person. I just placed another order with them, redoing all of my watercooling. I spent enough to qualify me for free shipping. The problem was my pump is not in stock and I didn't want to have to pay shipping for it as well. So I gave them a call and the phone was answered in 2 rings. He told me, not a problem, just drop a note in the comments box you want it added to your order. He explained he was getting a shipment on Monday, he would add it to my order and ship it all on Monday so I get free shipping with it as well!

"Ordered water cooling hardware and cpu waterblock-
I noted that the, HeatKiller Cpu Rev3.0 Ni-Bl, had ridge markings left on the surface of its baseplate from and uneven cutting-instead a singular smooth cut.
Gary, requested a pic- which I furnished.
Recognizing the severity of the issue, Gary, ordered an RMA, and the Heatsink was sent back to Sidewinder as per the request in the RMA agreement.
I have only now to wait for its replacement.
Sidewinder Computer Systems has proven to provide, fast and competent service in their processing and delivering of orders .
I have not been given any reason thus far to believe that their RMA process is in anyway different. "
