Gary is a great guy! product knowlege better than anyone ive ever seen. ships same or next day, which is great service. plus, for me, hes local. i support that much more than PPCs or FCPU.

Some of the items ive ordered were "out" of stock (i ordered too many units of a specific item) and Gary took care of shipping fee in return.

He did not have to do that, but he did; this is why if SCS has something im after i shop there instead.

"Where do I start: Gary is the best person I have done business with on the internet.
I ordered a reservoir and the next day decided I wanted a different one. Talked to Gary and he fixed me up with one I really liked. He runs Petras and Sidewinder(I didn't know this). I ordered something from Sidewinder later that day and received an email from Gary, that said he was refunding shipping charges on the items I purchased at Sidewinder.He would put those items in same box as Petras purchase. How many Sellers would do that for you. I told him I was in a big hurry to complete my watercooling system and he shipped same day. WOW!
All of my future purchases will be with this company.
I don't know of any other business that would treat you this good.

"I originally started working with Sidewinder a little over a week ago, asking pointed questions about water cooling. I had used a closed loop (can't add fluid to the loop) and a big air cooler in my previous computer builds, but wanted something with a little more design flair and cooling capacity for my upgraded machine.

After giving me plenty of feed back through email with pictures and detailed descriptions, I was able to put in a massive order for all my components (greater than 5 items in the order). Sidewinder packed up all the components in one day and shipped the package in a timely manner to my front door. The package was filled with both packing paper and peanuts, which was greatly appreciated since some of the items would be hard to replace and at great expense.
