"Was going to buy the prolimatech genesis at frozencpu.com but when it came to shipping the genesis along with fans, it came to over 110 dollars. I went to google and searched to see if I could buy it somewhere else. That how I got to sidewinder. Not only was it 5 dollars cheaper, but also the shipping was also cheaper and the 140mm fans were also cheap, and shipping didn't go up at all. Ordered it monday night and got here thursday afternoon. Great products, they work wonderful and fast shipping! Will order from them again when I need something

"I'm from the Philippines, when it comes to customer service, Gary is your man!!! I've had some problems and headache with FrozenCPU due billing and shipping address mismatch and ONLY Gary was the one who actually gave me an option to just fill out an auth form, send him a photocopy of my CC and email it to him.
I was wondering why FrozenCPU didn't give me an option like this? I asked them but they hesitated in a not so friendly way....I guess they got too big that they don't even give a hoot on losing some $600 worth from a customer like me. Gary was a breeze to talk to and very customer friendly. He even the took time to thank me using our native language (google translate? XD).
Anyway, I really wish him more success in his business..

"They have a good selection of water cooling parts, but I will never buy from this website again. I received a leaking radiator and had to return it. They received it and I didn't hear anything back from them for days. I then called them and was told that they had received it, but they lost it for some reason. They then sent my a replacement and that one was also defective. Had to rma again. Took forever to hear from them again. So, I had to call them. They just kept forgetting about me! I went with a different radiator which was cheaper and asked Gary if he could throw in a 45 degree adapter to make up for the price difference. Days later I finally receive it, but without the adapter that I asked for. It took over three months to sort this out and I ended up paying $80+ for a $30 radiator. Could've bought one from frozencup instead. That would've only taken two or three days. I think that if I had never emailed or called them, I'd still be waiting. Why did I have to constantly remind them to do their job? Why did a simple rma take so long? You'd think that they would care about their customers. Specially if they've purchased over $500 worth of parts from them. Terrible customer service! I don't care about all these positive reviews. "
