"The employees at signature hardware were a pleasure to work with. The vanity we purchases is very nice to look at but... I found that they did not use a heavy enough material in some of the woods. The drawer seems flimsy and I guess I was expecting something heavier duty. The back panel pertruded above the top surface of the vanity which forced me to sand the back panel down so the granite would sit flush on the top. I also noticed it had a cracked piece of wood inside that they just glued on. My plan is to purchase two more of these but I will inquire about the quality prior to making the purchase. Again, it is a very nice piece to look at so we are glad we purchased it. I just want it to last for years.

"I was very happy with the bench I purchased. I saw there was a Teak Guard available to help prevnet mold so I also ordered it. When I received it realized I needed the cleaner before using the guard. There was a kit I could have ordered in the first place and saved additional shipping but didnot realize I would need the kit before use. I wish there had been more info provided. I would have ordered kit in the firt place had everything I neeeed and save money. Would recommend the kit to anyone who is purchasing teak bench."

"Package came in good shape- instructions not included, went to website to look up 'manual', (I'd seen the link on the page for the product)- since it's just 1 page, i can't see how it'd hurt to put that sheet in with the warmer. Especially note that one should not take off the clear plastic cover over the on/off switch- i reglued it after realizing it's a seal to keep out water when reaching over to pickup a towel. I bought timer with the warmer, everything works great! We'll have a much more comfortable shower experience this winter."
