Due to me not paying attention, I had not activated the part of my card which allows a certain amount on money on it each day. Well while I am thinking that I am all set, my charge was declined. I was notified right away about the problem and it was corrected. Not only that, but my shipment arrived extremely fast. No complaints at all. My contractor was also happy. "I purchased a Rectangular Stainless Steel Shower Floor Drain from signature hardware. Little did i know that this product could not be used in showers. This is a clear misrepresentation on their website. Even their tech reps would not recommend using it for a shower application.

Upon return of the item, the company is saying some minor surface scratches on the stainless steel will not allow for it to be returned. So, i paid for shipping twice, paid for the product and have absolutely nothing to show for it.. thanks signature hardware.. i hope you dont treat all your customers like this."
