"Silkies shipped two pair of stockings I did not order in terms of product size or options. In addition, they failed to ship the promised free shaping shorts that were promoted by an advertisement mailed to me as a free gift for opening an account. The advertisement coupon had no place to specify my desired size and style of the accompanying advertised shipment of 1 pair of stockings, with a second free pair--so they sent stockings I could not wear (too small) AND Silkies failed to send the shaping shorts. This is clearly a BAIT AND SWITCH operation, because I only opened the account desiring to receive the shorts. I would have continued my account if Silkies had not made assumptions and reached into my checking account, setting up an order schedule of 4 pair of stockings per month in the size and style I cannot use--they don't even fit me. They also--without my permission--set up a delivery schedule of 4 pair of the same stockings every month and had the audacity to set up auto-pay (again, without my permission) to debit my checking account. I have a feeling their entire behavior in this matter is not legal. In any case, Silkies has proven to me that the company is not trustworthy or ethical. I want nothing more to do with Silkies.

"I purchased some knee hi's and did not use them right away. When I finally opened the package of one of the 6 or 8 that I bought, the elastic at the top was so tight it cut off the circulation in my legs. I contacted Customer Service and was informed that because I had purchased them longer than the return time allowed, they could not be returned. I asked for a credit to purchase something else and they still said no. I immediately unsubscribed from their emails and will never order from them again. "
"I received a link to track my package and was unable to get into the website because I did not have a password. I couldn't enter as a new customer without registering, so I was stuck! I chatted with a representative of the company and they did nothing to get me onto the site, and then refused a return authorization for a partial return of over $200 in merchandise. I will not comment on the quality of the product because with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I do not recommend doing business with this company."
"Well, my favorite deal site listed Silkies as having a great deal on tights and I needed some for work so off to Silkies.com I went. The sale was very generous so I took a chance and ordered a few things. My order didnt take long to ship out at all and today I received it and I was shocked by how good the quality of the items are. My only gripe is that the packaging leaves a lot to be desired but the product itself is great and I got a coupon which I may be using in the near future. "
"After decades as a customer of Silkies hosiery I tried to cancel future orders in April 2015 due to retirement. I received another order on June 15 and returned them 6/16/15; noting on the packaging that I had canceled the account. I got a late billing on July 18, 2015 for the returned order. I wrote and emailed customer service about this on 7/18 and called today (7/28). Customer service claims to have not received the returned order and was very uncooperative. They wanted me to keep waiting and wouldn't cancel the account to stop future shipments. I ended up paying the $26 for the returned order just to be rid of them and canceled the account again. Who knows if more orders will arrive. I feel very disrespected after being such a long term customer."
"The product quality at Silkies.com is fantastic. But I always wait until there are multiple items I want to buy before I place an order. The order fulfillment process is way behind industry standards for a company that isn't a local retailer (who might fill the occasional order). I ordered last Monday. The order was not in a box until Friday and arrived at the USPS on Saturday. Today is Monday again, and I'm not confident I will see my order before the end of the week. It took ten business days to get my last order. I should not have to pay for expedited shipping in order to get it out the door in five days. Good product but be prepared to wait for it. "
