"Magnetic closure for my 90-yr young mother is ideal because of finger neuropathy, but there was only a single item (blouse) and in only one color. Even if she can wear it, I can’t buy more or she’ll feel like she’s wearing the same shirt everyday. More selection would be helpful."

Wish I'd been warned about pricing changes for larger sizes

"I ran into three totally different problems today. 1. A small note on the product page would prevent confusion and phone calls to customer service. I could not at first understand why I'd put $25 products in the cart, and then find them there at $30. A call to customer service explained that the price on the main page was not accurate for all sizes, that once I clicked on a large size, the price had changed without me noticing. All other websites I've used in 20 years will warn about a price range, prevent confusion, and save me and customer service from wasting our time. 2. Also, when first trying to get coupons a month ago, I kept entering my email address, but it wouldn't go through in the Mozilla Firefox browser. Today, it wouldn't work again, so finally I gave it to you in Windows Edge browser, and it worked. 3. This is my first experience with Silvert's, and I wish the rewards program was described as free right up front so I hadn't postponed clicking on the info icon for a month. "
