"I ran into three totally different problems today. 1. A small note on the product page would prevent confusion and phone calls to customer service. I could not at first understand why I'd put $25 products in the cart, and then find them there at $30. A call to customer service explained that the price on the main page was not accurate for all sizes, that once I clicked on a large size, the price had changed without me noticing. All other websites I've used in 20 years will warn about a price range, prevent confusion, and save me and customer service from wasting our time. 2. Also, when first trying to get coupons a month ago, I kept entering my email address, but it wouldn't go through in the Mozilla Firefox browser. Today, it wouldn't work again, so finally I gave it to you in Windows Edge browser, and it worked. 3. This is my first experience with Silvert's, and I wish the rewards program was described as free right up front so I hadn't postponed clicking on the info icon for a month. "
