"I was having problems with our internet and was having difficulty completing my order for my mom. I called to ask for assistance and was advised they could only help with online non-sale items. Sale items would be charged full price if your company assisted me !!! That is truly unacceptable. I need to order these type of clothes for my mom and the order was over $200.00 . I thought your company would be more interested in my business. I did place my order, after 3 hours on my part. I will seriously be looking for an alternative company. I do prefer to support Canadian companies.
