"I ordered a sweater for my mother for Christmas. Unfortunately, I had to exchange it for a larger size. The parcel was sent back to Silverts and received by them on December 29, 2017. I never heard anything from so I called. The person in charge of exchanges, Teresa was not in. I called the next day, Teresa was not in. I was informed that there was a bit of a backlog since it was Christmas returns and the weather also was allegedly a factor. I eventually talked to one lady, who said she would pass the information on to Teresa when she returned and I still never received a call. I personally drove from London Ontario to Concord to pick up the larger size. I was then told that they didn't have the size in stock, so I said well then please cancel the exchange request and process a refund. The lady took my name and info. Two days later, still no call. So this morning, January 12, I called and spoke with Teresa. She said that my parcel had not come across her desk yet. Her excuse was that they were doing inventory, hence the backlog. Then she went on to say that she wouldn't even be able to get to anything until Monday but still, not necessarily would be request be done then, as she had so many orders to take care of. Isn't it funny how quick they were to take my order and money originally and how laxed they are in processing a refund. Not the best customer service at all. "
