"I am so glad I found Simply Dresses for my dress for my son's wedding. I used the specific measurement guide provided for the dress and it fits perfectly. The fabric has great quality, the design is very flattering, and the dress is exactly as it appears and is described on the site. I didn't have to exchange or return my dress, but the specific return guidelines are offered on the website, and they are very fair for a site that sells formals. There are also return/exchange guidelines on the invoice that comes with the dress. The dress arrived very quickly and well-protected in a box, on a hanger, covered in a plastic bag. The thank you note and personalized receipt are a nice touch that made me feel like a valued customer. I give Simply Dresses an A+ for customer service and quality of the dress I ordered. "This dress is very nice. You can wear it to a cocktail party or a backyard party. I bought it for my son's wedding at a park this summer. Very happy with it. I am short so I will have to wear heals, I was hopping it would be just below the knee,but it lands more in the middle of my calf. It is light and comfortable."

I put in my measurements and then ordered the size larger than what was suggested.
Then I got the dress. The color was nothing like the picture and actually clashed with the wedding colors. The zipper didn't lay right. There were loose threads from a seam hanging out. AND it didn't fit.
I got the information to return it and did just that yesterday. Don't have an opinion on how that goes yet. "

"What a great place to find that perfect dress! I can't say enough about the experience of shopping here at Simply Dresses. So far my experiences have been wonderful. Now I have not had an opportunity to return or exchange anything so I cannot comment on that process. But everything else has been great. As for the clothing, I've loved both dresses that I've purchased. The dresses are made well and look exactly like the images on their website. They also fit true to size. I am 5 feet 7 inches and weight 149 pounds, on both occasions, I've purchased a large size, which fit me perfectly and I went according to the "size" chart. I would highly recommend purchasing from Simply Dresses.
The last outfit I purchased is stunningly beautiful. I plan to wear it to a wedding in March. I can't wait to wear it. The one thing I will say about the skirt is that the skirt is a semi-full skirt. I thought by looking at the picture on the website it would have been a pencil skirt, which is my preference, so I'm having my alterations lady make that adjustment for me. Otherwise, the outfit is perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

"This was my first purchase at Simply Dresses. I'm in my early 50's and I'm getting married for the 2nd time in a very small beach ceremony this May. I bought this dress in the champagne color, which looks great with the ivory lace top. The dress is very simple, but elegant, and the price is VERY affordable. It fits great, however, since I will be walking on the beach and not wearing traditional shoes, I will be getting the front hemmed to tea-length (hi-low look) to make it easier for the beach.
