"Horrible Experience. They talked me into buying a showroom model which they said was in new condition but this chair feels like it has been used for years. It had a stretched out area in the mesh and every day I have to raise the chair back up to the height I like it at. I called and asked about the issue with the mesh and they said that it would be a warranty issue and that I could get that taken care of if I really needed to. I told them that I wanted it warrantied and they made it sound like it was the last thing they wanted to do for me. I was talked down to and I could really tell that they did not care. I had emailed them 3 times about the issue before finally calling. Of course the sales guy who helped me was on vacation and nobody else could help me until he came back. When I finally did get to talk to him it took him almost 15 minutes to pull up my order after asking me many questions. It was the most horrible experience I have had dealing with a premium product such as a Hermin Miller chair. $1350 chair."

"My overall experience with Sit4less has been very horrible. I ordered my chair on August 15, 2012. I did not hear anything from them and it took some time for me to be able to contact someone who would communicate with me. Near the end of September, a salesperson finally responded. I received the wrong chair nearly a month later and it was defective.For months now, they have continued to send me defective chairs one after another, while I wait in between for the good one to come. At this point I opened another claim with Payapal and Sit4Less has promised to give me a full refund when they get the present chair back. I have had to call numerous times and to send numerous emails only to end up with defective merchandise from a company that has a 12 year guarantee on their very expensive chairs. I would not recommend this company to Anyone, ever!!!"
"Communication with the company was very poor, especially considering the product I tried to purchase was to address back problems which are painful and can become chronic. When there was no response to my email and I called. The CSR was fairly cavalier until he realized I was quite unhappy. After that he was courtious and cancelled my purchase with no charge or fee. He said I would receive an email confirming the cancellation but 24 hours later - no email - just this survey!! I will not be back."

"I ordered and received a Herman Miller chair but could not put it together because the screws/bolts would not screw in. I've been trying for 6 weeks to get return authorization for the chair they admitted was defective or damaged. I sent pictures they requested, and have e-mailed and called multiple times since with no response. I finally connected by phone yesterday with a customer service person who said he'd email me the authorization and that I'd receive it withing 15 minutes. It has now been 36 hours and no authorization has arrived, and no reply to my email alerting him to that fact. I'll never deal with Sit4Less again."
"i paid for assembly - and while it came mostly assembled. the back was not attached. I am not at all handy - it took me 30 minutes to attach the back with the 4 screws - I know for most people that is simple task, but for me it was a a big challenge. Sadly... the bag that came with the 4 matching screws and L shaped thingy - also came with a single screw... I cant see that this goes anywhere??"
"Was disappointed because store wanted a scan of my credit card and ID since the address I was shipping was different from billing. I always made online purchases like that (and of greater value) from so many other stores, and I never had that request. The only reason I did not go to another store was that I had bought from them in the past and liked it. But come on, adjust your security standards to what the others are doing please!!! And BTW, I have not received the item yet..."
