"Extremely dissatisfied with Sit4Less management team. On August 30th I purchased a kneeling chair online and was told it was back-ordered- I was given an estimated shipment date. That date passed and I received no follow-up calls despite my having left messages and sent an email. Finally the chair arrived- 6-8 weeks after promised- and defective- a major metal connector was bent 90 degrees! I emailed and called Sit4Less and was offered an upgraded kneeler chair and a mailing label to FED Ex the defective chair back. I agreed to the deal and sent the defective chair back... and waited...and waited... another 2 emails, with no follow up. 2 phone calls later I was rewarded with a refund of the money they had held for from Aug 30 to after Thanksgiving- they tell me they are no longer selling the kneeling chairs although the website implies differently. "
"Sit4Less customer service is VERY VERY slow, and inefficient. Purchased a Leap chair from them which took 2 weeks for them to ship, over a month before I received it. Worst part is shortly after receiving this chair, the Pneumatic Cylinder broke. I have been trying to get this repaired since JULY! It is now November. They finally sent me the part, but missing is the "tool" that is required to install this part. I wrote to customer service 2 WEEKS ago about this missing part, and still have not heard back from them. This is ridiculous and makes it so NOT WORTH the savings to have bought it from Sit4Less. (Only other option other then me repairing it myself with parts they sent, would be to SHIP them the chair, right, haha. My recommendation: stay away from Sit4Less. Buy DIRECT from Steelcase!"
"Avoid ordering at this site! After an order that I had to cancel because it turned out that I will be receiving my chair more than 2 months after I ordered it(back in October)!When I contacted their costumer service via chat to inquire what's going on,I was astonished at how ridiculously bad the attitude was and how unhelpful they were.Then I made the mistake to order another chair, because it was a particular chair that I wanted and I found it only at their site...It has been more than a month since then and in the meantime I didn't receive any follow up information and had no idea if and when I will be receiving it. It is at the point of the ridiculous.After more than 3 months of dealing with this site (to order 2 chairs)I finally got my Steelcase chair 3 days ago! It was well-packed and the quality was very good as expected, but the wait and dealing with this site is not worth it. This site's customer service is ridiculously bad.I will not shop again for sure and for sure I don't recommend it to anyone.Avoid the site."
"I thought I had ordered the chairs to be assembled. I thought I looked carefully on the website and yet I still failed to find this information.
To have them assembled now, I will have to pay the assembly fee of $99, PLUS a restocking fee on each of the chairs purchased at $800+ per chair. I can't do it myself-arthritis. Now I have to figure out how to return them, pay more money AND wait to get them back OR try to find someone to assemble them. I am not happy."

Was pleasantly surprised to receive the foot pad that I just bought on a whim - and it is excellent and really does help my posture and thus my back by having me sit further back in my desk chair!"
