"Bought a high-end Dell 4K UHD monitor at a great price, shipped quickly with no issues.

"Don't buy from Sixth Avenue Electronics (aka 6th Ave Electronics). They sell gray market products which I didn't know was a thing until today. I spent $4,000 on a Canon R5 and it worked fine for a bit. I decided to needed to get some service work done and contacted Canon who advised me that the camera I had was a gray market camera and couldn't be supported. They explained how retailers buy these cameras etc that are not meant to be sold in the United States. They do not carry the manufactures warranty and will not be supposed, basically like a knock-off. I filed a complaint with the FTC, the local Department of Consumer Affairs, as well as setup an interview with the press to warn consumers of companies like 6th Ave Electronics on Amazon, Ebay etc. I purchased my camera through Amazon.com so I guess I figured Amazon would have done their job to ensure this was a legit transaction. "
"I bough a $2250 dollars camera (Sony a7 Iv) and they sent me a box full of broken iPads "
"The worst. I am simply letting everyone know to NEVER EVER buy anything from them 'cause it's either gray market with no warranty or plain counterfeit. I left negative feedback on eBay and they told I can get my money back if I revised it. They said they issued the refund and asked me to revise and to "wait" to my refund to be completed. They NEVER issued anything. It was just a ruse to get me to change it for selling me a FAKE product using a brand like Apple. Well, I'm not that slow, my negative is there and I will go to every single review site to leave my experience."
"Stay away from this seller!!! They are scammers! They sent me a damaged used camera instead of sealed new one. The return process took maximum possible time, so they were not interested to fix their failure. The communication was slow. And finally they deducted 30% of the refund!!! About $775. I guess the number of good reviews they have is just a fake or scam. Don’t make mistake like I did."
"I purchased sony camera from 6ave electronics I got defect battery and also didn't sealed at all not brand new I paid 2159$ but they refund only 1727$ they have to refund full amount ,that's why 0 Star don't buy anything from here "
"Bought a Nintendo Switch OLED with white controllers for my daughter’s 10th Birthday! My daughter opened the gift in front of all her friends and the screen and controllers were missing. Sent package back and it they say the package came back empty. Amazon is still reviewing my A-Z claim a month later."
"Ordered a camera from Amazon renewed prime which has a guarantee on the item being sold. 6Ave was the 3rd party seller. Sent me a broken camera which I immediately sent back. 6ave charged me a 30% restocking fee for it. This is fraud! It's been an on going battle with amazon to rectify this as they keep sending me back to 6ave who just refer me back to Amazon. This company is scamming people just like the thousands of other reviews say!"
"The camera arrived missing items and I returned it to Walmart. 6ave contacted me to say they would not refund me for the returned camera since it was not the same camera they sent. Avoid this seller at all costs. "
"6ave is listing previously USED and RMA'd products as NEW on Amazon. The DT 1990 Pro I received had fingerprints all over the hard shell case with a sticker on the bottom that stated "Left Ear Distortion". After contacting 6ave, they agreed to give a full refund and stated that I could keep the ATH-AG1x due to the inconvenience, later reneging on the agreement and only offering a partial refund."
"Stumbled across what appeared to be a great deal on a Panasonic lens and accessories package while browsing on Wish.com. Even though the site is well known for cheap knock-offs, I figured I'd give it a shot, even if it meant getting a cheap lens to play with. Was surprised when I saw that it was being shipped from the states and got my hopes up when the shipping notice listed 6ave on the invoice. Package arrived today and SURPRISE! It included all the accessory crap, but no lens. Nice try at the scam. Returned immediately.
When you can't even handle being a Wish reseller, then your business model is dead."
"Purchased 2 lenses that were advertised as brand new through eBay (sold by 6ave) and both were lenses were complete trash. The boxes had "sale" stickers torn off of them, original manufacturer stickers on the outside were ripped off, lenses were clearly used and had sticker film on them from stickers being removed, and their customer service is a complete joke. TRUST WHAT OTHER REVIEWERS HAVE SAID & DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!"
"I purchased what was *supposed* to be a brand new Macbook Pro from them on Ebay. While I received it extremely quickly, I then called Apple to order AppleCare+. They told me the serial number had already been registered! I called 6th Ave, and the rep said she had one more "new" computer at that price, and I would need to buy it right then. There was NO chance I was going to fork over another $1800, so I asked for a manager to call me. I called again, the person told me that the listing was a mistake, and that it should have been a higher price. I again asked for a manager to call. The third time I called, I was told, "Look, there's nothing we can do except take your return. We'll offer you a $20 credit on your next purchase." So I returned it, got my refund, but it took a week from start to finish. Oh, and I'm still waiting for that manager to call!"
"They had a great deal on a MacBook Pro, so I tried to buy it. They canceled the order with no explanation. I tried several more times to buy it and every time it would go through, charge my card, then they would cancel it and refund my money (eventually). I even called my bank and they said there was no issue on their side. Never got a response from them about it."
"I ordered a camera and it was defective. Bluetooth didn’t work and the video black bars on the output. Returned the defective camera and they charged and large restocking fee of $200. "
