"The product (tv) we bought came really quick! Great shipping and speedy! Only thing that I would like to see improvement on is that the shipment of product be scheduled with drop off schedule day/time of shipment as we did not have any idea when it was to arrive, luckily my husband happen to be home that day in the afternoon of the arrival. The driver said if no one was home then he would not leave it.. obviously since it was a 46" t.v. so I think this really needs improvement on communication to expected arrival day and times. Also, the driver did not bother to stay around to let us inspect the product before driving off as it is clearly stated in our disclosure agreement that we are to inspect and sign before driver leaves product of satisfactory condition. I do not know if my husband just signed for it or not and driver left without waiting or what the deal was. Had the product been defective or broken, we would have to assume liability and clearly that would have been a problem. We haven't taken it out of the box to set up the tv so I hope there are no issues. Other than that the shipping speed and price made the experience worth the purchase!"

"Please take this as a warning DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. I have done a lot of business with 6ave before. But this time their customer service was absolutely shocking! I will never buy from them again!

I am not the type to write review but I could not contain myself. 6 ave had a labor day sale for some speakers. I wait for a few days with no shipping confirmation. Then I chat with a CSR who tells me that I called in and cancelled the order when this is the first time I am contacting them about the order.

So i explain this to him, he first insists that I did call in and cancel, then he says that maybe someone accidentally cancelled my order and he admitted they were wrong. But that he still cannot do anything about it because they dont have any in stock. so I tell the CSR that I see it available on their website and on amazon marketplace (sold by 6ave)but at a higher price. The CSR does not answer my question and then just refuses to talk to me. Now you know when this happens, the company lacks transparency and is showing highhandedness and does not care about the customer.

If you want my advice stay away from them, there are a lot of other places that have better prices such as Newegg.com, b&h video, J&R.com & buy.com to name a few that also have much larger more transparent operations!

The CSR's are also very condescending and rude on the phone."

"Pros: Price! I paid half the retail and several hundred less than I was able to find anywhere else.

Cons: The box and packing material were in terrible condition. The box had been ripped open in several spots and was taped up & at one end the inner styrofoam spacer was broken into a dozen pieces.

All this said, the subwoofer is unblemished and seems to have survived the shipping process. Perhaps the low price was simply due to the packaging damage, I do not know."
