"I expected to have this item to be shipped via UPS Ground where I could get a tracking number directly from UPS immediately after it's shipped.. They shipped it out via UPS Mail Piece Tracking that doesn't give me any tracking from 24 to 48 hours after the itam is sent, since it's handed over to USPS for the final delivery. This system that 6th. ave uses is totally unacceptible."
