"Two thumbs up. First class service and support. I live in Calgary Alberta and Skiessentials went out of their way to see that I received my new Mantras in time for a Christmas ski vacation. I didn't think twice about returning to these guys and buying a pair of Kenjas for my wife...still lots of snow on the hills!!"

"Service/response time is excellent! Plus, the website is very easy to navigate and it's full of equipment and accessories. The prices are extremely competitive and they offer free shipping on orders over $99 too! I dealt with Mike and he answered all my questions promptly and completely. "I was looking for a ski package for both myself and my two teenage daughters. I found skiessentials on line and had some questions. I called their customer service number and spoke with Mike,he was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He helped me find the correct sizes I needed for each of us. I was nervous about ordering boots but he assured me that If I had any trouble that I could send them back. I did end up needing to return one pair of boots, I then called back and spoke with Darren, he told me the proper directions for returning the boots and put aside the correct boot I needed so the swap would be easy and it truly was.
The entire ski package was just what I was looking for and their prices are great!

"Amazing service, and really great prices. The skis I ordered shipped very quickly (with bindings mounted) and the staff were in touch with me throughout the process to let me know how things were progressing. Everything arrived in perfect shape, sooner than expected. They even contacted me after I had ordered to tell me that they could offer a cheaper shipping rate, and they refunded the difference without me asking! Such a great store & great people - I would definitely buy from them again without hesitation."

"I had an absolutely amazing experience with ski essentials. Initially, I had contacted several on line ski stores. Ski Essentials immediately called me back then followed up with an email. They are knowledgeable and were able to advise me. Later i had a question about a shipment and they called me back within two hours. Later i had a return and wrote them an email. Mike @ ski essentials called me within an hour to assure me that it would not be a problem. He then followed up with two emails to assure that the transaction was going smoothly- once even on a Sunday.

"I spent several days reviewing other company’s snow skiing packages online. I was pressed for time as my wife and I had a ski trip scheduled. I called Skiessentials.com to find out if I placed the order that the ski equipment would arrive in time for our trip. The representative, Darin, told me that it would arrive in time. With that assurance in mind I chose Skiessentials.com because they offered top-of-the-line equipment for an incredible price. I (my wife and I) saved over 50% on our ski equipment.
When I placed the order I received an immediate call back from one of the managers, Chuck, who indicated that the packages that I ordered were out of stock.
I was disappointed, but not surprised because the packages that Skiessentials.com offers are priced to sell…not sit in stock. To my amazement the manager told me that the company was still going to ship my wife and I ski packages, however, the company was going to include upgrades for the merchandise that we ordered, but that was not in stock. When is the last time you have ever heard of a company going out of its way like that to satisfy a customer? I never have!
I do not believe that the manager would have provided this type of customer service if he felt that I was looking to order something that was out of stock…being deceitful…looking for an upgrade. I believe that my sincere amazement alone provided Chuck the assurance that I was not looking for an upgrade, but was very pleased that he would go to that extreme to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase.
So, if this is what you think you might try to get upgraded equipment please disregard this review. This was a genuine gesture on behalf of the manager to provide my wife and I satisfaction in the products that we purchased and also in the customer service that he was willing to provide.
I would never provide a review that I felt that others would use to try and take advantage of Skiessentials.com and the staff of this company. This is an honest and very customer oriented company. I do not want this company to be taken advantage of…but I am certain that these customer service representatives are on to the deception of those trying this type of ploy – and would not upgrade someone that they considered to be insincere.
When the equipment arrived, just a few days before our ski trip, my wife and I were so pleased with the quality and the upgrades. My wife received upgraded skies and boots because what she ordered was out of stock. She received the upgraded skies and boots for the same price as what we originally ordered.
The ski boots that were to come with the package that I ordered were also out of stock. Chuck informed me that I would be receiving an upgraded boot for the same price as the boot in the package that I originally ordered. This type of service still amazes and impresses me.
Everything fit very well, as the manager took his time to explain ski boot sizes that would best fit my wife and me. I have not purchased ski equipment in several years so the sizing has changed from when I last purchased ski boots.
I checked the boots and bindings before leaving on our ski trip. Adjusting the bindings to fit the boots was so simple. I was not a complicated problem like I have experienced in the past when adjusting bindings to fit the boot correctly.
When we hit the slopes the equipment performed flawlessly. Not once did a ski come off a binding when it should not have come off, as I have experienced with other manufactured ski products in the past. The ease of inserting the boot into the binding and locking them in place is so simple. When it was time for a break the boots unlock from the binding easily with the push of a ski pole into a specifically designed feature in the binding.
My wife and I had an incredible time skiing – and much of that has to do with the equipment that we purchased from Skiessentials. I will never shop anywhere else for ski equipment…ever!!!
Skieessentials is the best company that I have ever purchased from…or worked with…when there was a problem with the order that I originally placed.
Do you want top quality ski equipment at the best possible price? Do not waste your time, like I did, researching all the online snow skiing product companies…just go directly to Skiessentials.com and you will have the best customer service; and get what you order in a very timely manner.

"Ordered Skis and Bindings at a very good price, added note on the order to please mount the bindings and they were shipped out the next day for free. Simply outstanding and very quick turnaround. Ski's were packaged very well and the mounting was perfect! "
