I ordered a pair so skis online and got them fast. They were well packaged but upon opening them I was disappointed to find that one had a ding in the sidewall. Must have taken a hit in the warehouse.

New skis were on their way a couple hours later along with a prepaid shipping label to send back the damaged skis. The new skis were great and the process couldn't have been easier.
