"I have purchased two pairs of skis from Skiessentials/Pinnacle. The first pair was via their eBay store and the second was direct through their website. It is my experience with the second purchase that I would like to highlight. The original order I placed was for a pair of demo skis for my daughter. I had some questions regarding the condition of the skis and the timing for when they would be available since they were still at the demo shop being rented. The customer service group promptly responded to each of my queries and kept me informed each time I reached out to them. When the demo pair I ordered was finally available, they reached out to me to let me know that they were not comfortable with the condition the skis and deemed them to be un-sellable. They offered a discount on a new pair of skis and bindings. When all was said and done, the cost of the new set-up was less than $50 more than the demo pair. They worked to get the information needed to mount the bindings and shipped as quickly as possible. We just received the skis and my daughter can't wait to start making turns on them! I'm already shopping for my next pair of skis and I will definitely be ordering them from skiessentials!"

"I bought skis, bindings and poles online. The Ski Essentials team were uniformly very helpful with choosing a suitable ski and arranging for pick-up after I bought boots at Inner Bootworks in Stowe VT. We settled on Nordica Enforcer 93 177 with Tyrolia Attack 13 bindings, and some very good value Scott Zeo 13 poles.
Between purchase Thursday and my visit to collect in Stowe on Saturday, they applied DPS Phantom 2.0 to the skis and delivered them in perfect condition to Pinnacle Sports/Inner Bootworks cool new store on Mountain Road.
