"SkinStore is by far, the worst skincare company I have ever used. I spend, literally about a $1,000 a month on my skincare. They do NO free returns, you have to pay, they only allow you to cancel an order WITHIN AN HOUR of ordering?...they also will NOT refund, accept or EVEN give you credit if the product is terrible, doesn't work, live up to it's claims or EVEN has a bad reaction with your skin etc. I feel like such a fool for shopping there. SkinStore rakes in all the money with ZERO skin in the game, ZERO risk or liability - it is ALL on you, the consumer. This company is garbage. I can't believe anyone would shop there knowing what I realize now...you can't shop with any confidence or protection and there's so many better options. I've spent several thousand with them over the last year and just hit myself, having a moment of 'why do I do this'? This company doesn't earn my business, they don't respect me as a customer, there's so many other options.... what was I thinking, i've finally had enough and felt like I should try and help others by sharing their "fine print"."

"When your order ships international, you will be provided with a tracking number which will only track when the parcel entered your country. If the package is lost, they will only offer any form of service after 30 days, as this is part of their arrangement with the courier and then the whole things starts again. You may need to calculate 60 days delivery time if your parcel was lost once. There is zero flexibility. Moreover, your parcel might not ship within Europe, but come from the USA while ordering from .co.uk. There is no way of knowing this when you order. Worst service ever, as they actually don’t do a thing other than telling you to wait 30 days and again 30 days.....and on Twitter they don’t reply, via email it takes 2 days. "
"I'm shocked how many negative reviews are written for Skinstore. I hesitated to order from them for a while. But I believe all bad reviews are about international shipping.
In my experience, I placed 2 orders with them, and the packages to New York came in 3 days. All products are new and expiration date is in 2 years. So I guess, if you're in the US, you're safe.

"I have been a skinstore customer for a long time. I purchased 2 bottles of body skin serum. I had never used this particular product before. On the second day I used the product I broke into a raging, red, burning itchy rash. I Had to wash the product off with soap and water, take allergy medication and apply topical hydrocortisone cream. I contacted them and they said they would take the products back but I would have to pay return shipping since it’s an unwanted item. It wasn’t unwanted I physically could not use it without a reaction!! Mind you there is no disclaimer on their website that explains what constitutes “unwanted”. I was also told by Caitlin that they don’t guarantee their items which again is nowhere to be found on their website. This was all per the supervisor BRETT. Not only would I be responsible for return shipping but also I would have to goto the post office to pay for the label. Say what? During Christmas I would have to goto the post office. It’s also interesting how other reviewers have raved how good skinstore has been about taking returns back secondary to allergic reactions. Apparently continuity in customer service is not a policy for them. BUYER BEWARE!!!! "

Their cancel order button is just fooling you, I placed an order at 12am, and logged in at 6am to cancel it, their rep said oops, sorry, it's too late! we work 24hrs, we ship very fast..........nice try!"
"Got a skin care product from Skin Store. It burned my face and could not use it. Skin Store sent me a return label and the product was mailed back on 10/13/18. Strangely, almost a month later they never received it. I did a claim through PayPal which will give me a refund once Skin Store receives the product. That's the problem. As this point, the package is either lost or stolen and I am out of $76.50. Don't use Skin Store, they ****. Dermstore is much better and Dermstore has awesome customer service!"
"I bought some skin care product on this website, when I received it the product was leaking, and the package was not in a good shape, so I contact the costumer service, after sending them pictures, they respond me and tell me they can’t see the damage. I just can’t believe how come a company like that would exists"

"Don't waste your time on this company. I ordered some facial wash over a month ago. I was told that it was on back order 2 weeks ago and that it would be shipped this week. It wasn't. I contacted customer care who were just combative and refused to give me a refund or cancel the order. After I hung up with that "customer care" agent, I signed back in and spoke with another agent "Tamara" who said she would submit the order for a "cancel request". No guarantees, just a "request". She also stated that it would be up to them to decide on if there would be a fee to cancel. This place is a joke, save yourself the headache."
