The item, a blanket, was undamaged but it won't make a nice presentation. I have never purchased from Skymall before, I probably won't again. The shipping charge was excessive. "I ordered the silver hinged ring pendant and although it was a great idea, it infact looked very cheap and I certainly would not want to put any keepsake rings on it. The chain was too thin and too short, the clasp was so tiny you could barely close it, the back was not solid and just a shell. I have since seen the same item in another catalog and although it was for the same price, $79.95 there was no shipping nor tax. SkyMall charged $22.12 postage and tax for a very small and lightweight item which I understand I will not receive even though I have returned the item. At least this is what I was told by the vendor to whom I returned the item. The amount of shipping and tax was not told to me when I placed the order and I only discovered this when I called to return the item. SkyMall needs to consider having this item in their catalog as it is of a very inferior quality. "

submit my number. This was frustrating and time consuming. I think this needs to be addressed for any future items that I may want to purchase. Your shipping rate is too high also."
