Still haven't received the product that was ordered and paid for well over a month ago. I would never recommend that anyone buy anything through SkyMall."

"I received a confirmation stating my order shipped on 9/14. I attempted to track the order using the number provided in the confirmation but it continued to say "shipping label created". On 9/19 I emailed requesting an update on the status of my order. On 9/21 I received a response with the same tracking number and was told to wait 7 business days. I emailed and called customer service on 9/23. I was told a request would be sent to the vendor and to allow 2 - 3 business days for their response. I was also told that I would be updated via email and confirmed my email address. On 10/01, I still had not received an update. I checked USPS using the provided tracking number and the stats remained the same. I then called customer service and I was told the product would be delivered today; no other information was offered. This prompted me to ASK how the other person on the end of the phone knew it would be delivered today. I was then told that a message was sent to the vendor days ago and they provided an updated tracking number and was asked if I would like the new tracking number if that would be helpful. Ummmm - OF COURSE SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED AN UPDATE!!!! This will be my last time shopping with skymall. Although the initial error may have not been skymall's error, it is skymall's responsibility to deliver on customer service, problem solve and rectify issues such as these. THUMBS DOWN! "
