I ordered this because it showed the ball with dirt in the display box with the Derek Jeter plaque. It Was the perfect gift for my husband for Christmas. Was going to be his showpiece gift. I feel its like a bait and switch tactic like stores use. I honestly feel that you should be made to honor you offer and send out the ball to anyone who already ordered. And replace the the correct ad for future orders.

"Received the product - noticed a 8 inch long cut (razor or sharp edged knife) in the outdoor furniture cover - as if someone opened the package with a razor and resealed the bag - and then shipped it out.
Also had dirt marks on the inside of the cover - noticed as we took it out of the bag and rolled it out. Will be returned."

"I placed a successful order for a fragrance on 9/27/2014, and received an order confirmation number. A week later, on 10/3/2014 I received an ambiguous email from Skymall stating that the order had been cancelled because of either customer request or item not in stock. The customer service supervisor at Skymall admitted that current inventory is not indicated on their website and that Skymall depends on third party vendors to update order status and inventory post sale. I believe that in this era of retail e-commerce, the unavailability of current in stock product information would be an indication of complete inefficiency and hard earned income from consumers should not flow into the hands of such companies. "
