"It was not clear and very frusturating trying to dfigure out how to get the 20% off discount I thought I would get off my first purchase by subscribing to your email list, only to have to load my cart 3 times and finally see on the product page that the item was not eligible for discounts and assume that was why the discount was not applied in my cart at checkout. That should be made much clearer, it was deceiving to collect emails with a promise of 20% off when all the items I was clicking on were not eligible. I am going to unsubscribe now!

"I ordered two items on 9/4/14 and still have not received the products. I called multiple times to figure out status and not until the last time was the representative helpful. I did not know that the suite # of the address was cut off which is why the desk could not be delivered. I can't imagine that no one could call to find out the suite # on file. Also, I did not know the Varidesk mat was on back order. Overall, very poor customer service and communication which makes me an unhappy customer and not to mention the length of time it's taking for me to get my items. "
