I was told by Genesis that you have the same 24 cancellation policy when we were in the middle of discussion but once I purchased the tickets, I was told no, these are non transferrable and cannot cancel. We also did not receive our tickets or confirmation for over 48 hours which made me wonder what I got myself into. Also, we actually paid the same amount for coach on two legs of our trip which is a downgrade from what we purchased prior to Skylux. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled with the service of your company. We also lost several days because we had to be flexible. I did tell him we were flexible but now that we've lost several days, I'm very disappointed. "

"Atilla, our advisor, worked hard to get this sale (2 adults flying Delta premium to Paris from AZ, USA). After the sale was completed he didn’t communicate at all. He left the seat choices to us and when I tried to book the 2nd leg, to Paris, there were only single seats left. No response to my emails. I had to call and he said, “don’t worry about it. There’s no reason to worry. “ I told him this was our first trip abroad and I WAS worried. So almost 2 weeks after PAYING for tickets, we still don’t have seating together.
