No refund as promised

"Told me I would get a refund of an existing ticket if I purchased a new ticket from a different airline. No refund after three months. Agent (Ricardo) repeatedly emailed it had been issued and it had not. Now I get something from the airline it is being reviewed. Total misrepresentation "

Hidden fees

"They are very nice and personable but watch for hidden fees. Their change and cancellation fees are high. Also you have to work through your sales agent typically to change, which can be hit or miss. Lastly, we did not get much of a discount, so in the end we should have booked directly or through one of the larger online agents."

EXCELLENT SERVICE

"Axel did an amazing job on finding the best and most affordable flights for us. I received quotes from several other agencies and researched online, but Axel was able to beat all other quotes, not only by price, but also best layovers and travel time. He was professional, courteous, extremely efficient, and very responsive. I am working on another trip with him now and he will be my main contact for all future trips."

My New Travel Agency

"I have never received such prompt, accurate and followup through completion of booking airline reservations, especially to Europe.

Sullivan was so helpful, talking me through the payment process. Since I had missed checking several boxes and adding my credit card 1-800 phone number yesterday, i was finally ticketed today with his help! Thank you Sullivan! Im talking my family to Spain! YAY

Unethical Business

"Worse company to work with. They will rip you off and trick you to transfer your hard earned credit card reward points to get a minimal price reduction on the already inflated business class seats. I should have transferred my points with a preferred airlines and book the round trip for half the cost of what I spent with Skylux. Very unethical and unscrupulous way of doing business.

I was working with Vienna and she booked me with the worse seats on KLM and Air France. Do not ever fly with these 2 airlines as they are notorious for delayed flights which will become your worse nightmare as it was for me. I lost a whole day to my destination because of all the delays one after the next. It was the most stressful experience ever on any trip and now I am struggling to get my money from the airlines for the delayed flight through filing a claim. I also lost a day with a hotel I booked which I will not be able to recoup the funds from the airlines. Filing a claim is the biggest waste of time and the airlines will make it so difficult for you to get your money....many people just give up or use a 3rd party company that will charge between 25%-50% fee for filing the claim on your behalf. You're screwed either way......

Vienna will talk real nice to get your money and try to sell you insurance for your trip. Don't ever buy the insurance as it is just a waste of money. After I paid for everything......the service with Vienna completely went south and she was not responding to any of my emails regarding seating arrangement issues.

Stay away from this company unless you want to get taken for a serious ride.....especially with Vienna.
