"I was disappointed that you would not accept a $10.00 off coupon from an order of nearly $184.00, just because free shipping was offered. I only had to spend an additional $12.00 to qualify for free shipping from my original order, yet I ended up spending a great deal more than that, just to be told that a $10.00 coupon was not valid. Kind of a deception, since free shipping is always an option after spending a certain amount."

"Overall, my experience with sleek hair has been very positive. To improve upon existing service, I would suggest offering faster shipping. The shipping speed that is offered for approx 7 dollars is very slow and disappointing given that the customer has to pay for it.

Also, the customer service hotline could be improved. I have had the wrong item shipped to me in the past and found it very difficult to a) get in contact with a representative and b) get the correct product shipped to me in a timely manner.
