"The merchant themselves are probably fine, but their website and ordering system is atrocious. First off, I received an email with a promo code to use for $10 off, (AmpltUp15), but when I entered it it said it didn't exist, (it was not expired). Also, they will not automatically enter the last address they shipped to based on your email address, and it disappears and must be re-entered if you leave the page. Also, they insist on a phone number, which with email these days I feel should be optional. And, just above on the star-based survey - the last area rated tells you to choose "n/a" if you didn't interact with customer service - there is no "n/a" - just "I don't know"!!!"
