Well, I wanted to learn how to achieve the cat eye look, and this lady taught me how and of course she had flawless cat eyes on... It wasn't very hard, but it just was more of an issue of application. I was glad that the associates helped me with patience and pointed me in the right direction with the products to buy."

"If you're looking to get lost in makeup heaven, this place is the place to go! The store is humungous and offers a large variety of different brands. Items are always in stock when I've come in and needed something! Other locations either have one sales associate ringing up customers, are out of stock on items or simply do not carry the brand you're looking for. I've never had a problem here out of the bajillion times I have been here! Customer service is great no matter how crowded it gets! There are tons of sales associates checking out so that you don't have to wait long in line. Sales associates are always willing to help you out and give you suggestions. If you need samples, don't be afraid to ask they are willing to make them for you! Try coming out of here spending less than $50 I dare ya!"

"This company has gone down hill over the past 2-3 years. I live in Switzerland now and I buy my products when I'm traveling home to the US. The last 2 times that I've ordered, they have put my order on hold for various reasons, causing a delay in shipping. This time it is because they want me to pay through a pay pal account and not by credit card. That could have been disclosed when I was paying by credit card, which according to their own company policy, is an acceptable form of payment. I tried to call to figure out what the heck is going on and I got sent to a voice mail box. Don't bother with this company, you'll be disappointed."
