"Purchased a tube of Phyto 7 from Sleekhair, a product I've been using for a few years. It was super watery, the consistency of milk. I contacted Sleekhair customer service (Cynthia) and she tried to pin it on me asking if I kept it in an environment that was too hot or too cold. Her next statement made it clear that Sleekhair does not stand by its product - as I had opened it I could not return it. A note: I just wanted a replacement, I like this product and figured they just had a bad batch. And how does one notice bad quality without actually opening the product? Bad Sleekhair!"
