"This is an absolute scam.
I placed an order in February and it never shipped. After contacting them a billion times, they never provided any answers or explanations.
At some point in early March, my order was marked as shipped but it never left their warehouse which was confirmed by USPS when I contacted them.
So I sent a DM on Slickwraps’ Twitter help page saying I will dispute the charges... Any miraculously, they replied within minutes saying they will CANCEL MY ORDER. So basically, they will cancel an order that was marked “shipped”.
Avoid this scam at all cost... and don’t get me started on the never ending sales and the fake bot reviews. I mean... wow. I never seen a company with such bad bad practices, it’s incredible!"
"I have been trying to reach them for 3 months about a missing order. I have tried on Facebook, Twitter, and probably a dozen emails. I have been trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the double, what with CODIV-19, and previously their haveibeenpwned mishap. I have been trying to be chill about all of it but this is just absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to reach anyone. They have auto-generated Zendesk "ticket received" responses when you email SOMETIMES, as well as an auto-reply for their Twitter customer support, but they never actually get back to you. However they certainly have SOMEONE there with the near-daily email promotions they push out. I can't believe I am having to write this. This would be such a non-issue, either resend or refund. I would have kept you guys highly rated and would have decked out all my current and future stuff with your product and have spread the word positively. Why do you do this? Why not take ANY action?"
