"This company has both sent me horrible products in the past and fought me to replace AND my most recent product has never shipped. Their customer support is non-existent, I've contacted them 3 times, nothing. I've had a PayPal case open for a week and they've still given no response.
They stole my money and think they can just close their eyes and ears to their customers, not going to happen. This company needs to be shut down."
"As other reviews have stated, if I could I would award slickwraps zero stars I would! The wrap for my Apple Pencil 2 does not fit correctly, this is not a ‘goof’ error but simply a defective product. It took slickwraps some 20+ days to have the courtesy to get back to me, I supplied clear images showing the defect but despite that they refuse to provide a refund.
They offered to send another product out or credit me with 11 points, after the terrible ‘service recovery’ I simply wanted my money back.
I am now disputing the charge with my credit company who will hopefully issue a chargeback, I would encourage you to use a credit card with this company to at least have some protection for when things go wrong!
My aim here is to warn other prospective customers, think carefully before ordering with slickwraps as if you have an issue expect slow and unhelpful customer service responses.
Hopefully someone senior from Slickwraps reads these reviews and starts to investigate!"

"I would give no stars if possible. I was on a time schedule but ordered in plenty of time had I received good customer service....this issue could have been resolved in a satisfactory manner within the time frame. Here is the issue: I ordered an iPad skin. When it arrived, they had sent the wrong size. You cannot call them to report an issue. You can only email. It took 3 days for them to get back to me. When they finally got back to me, it took another day for a definitive answer. We are leaving the United States for 3 months so I needed a quick solution. They offered to send another. I knew it would not arrive in time due to the time it took for them to get back to me. I nicely asked them to please refund my money even though I was greatly inconvenienced now needing to find something to protect my iPad during travel. They declined and told me it was “against policy” but they would be happy to send another (which would arrive after we left) or give me credit to buy another wrap someday. I said no. I wanted my money back since it was their fault and I now have to buy another protective case at the last minute due to their mistake. They refused and then stonewalled me. If you have any issues with them, do not expect to be treated well or fairly. Horrible company who doesn’t understand basic business practices."
"Bought an Oculus Quest skin from slickwraps. It was the worst product, company and experience i had to deal with online.
First of all there was no instruction on how to properly stick this useless smelly skinwrap. After searching online and attempting to properly attach it myself using some online forum advices that didnt help much. And don't forget, you only have one try. if you fail nothing will make it look good. I tried reattaching it back, tried heat to soften the vinyl but nothing helped. It looked like a horrible mess. Not only the sensors where covered but also you have to find and make sure you dont cover the small microphone hole on the Quest that you have to figure it out on your own otherwise you have to remove the whole skin to fit it again that ruins everything. Luckily I payed only 11.84$ as 50% off on black Friday. After multiple attempts to communicate with costumer support the only thing they could do is offer me to pay 9$ for shipping replacement out of those 11$ or ship back out of your pocket for a refund :) this is ridiculous. I tried to dispute it with Paypal but they also want me to ship it back to them. At list be nice and send a replacement free of charge. No, they still want you to pay for their crappy skinwrap. Anyway, dont lose your money on this junk. Hope i was helpful."
"The phone number for support is disconnected. Ordered in December, it's not January 10th. I paid for 1-2 day express shipping. If you contact their support email or open a ticket, you get an automated reply they'll get back to you in 5+ biz days. I had to file a BBB complaint. They have over 130 BBB complaints, that's outrageous! Filing a complaint with the Witchita Attorney General and my CC company for fraud. Warning people go elsewhere! "
"I never received mine. when I filled a complaint through PayPal they gave PayPal a fake tracking number. I sent the real one with the original email to PayPal to dispute, but PayPal bots will not resolve this. I would definitely go with dbrand next time. slickwraps was willing to commit fraud over 12$...."
