"On August 4 I ordered a skin for my macbook. On August 5, my card was charged... not authorized - charged. As in, the money was taken out of my account and given to Slickwraps.
On August 19 I checked my order. It was still "Processing." I used the online form to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I received back a form letter email. This email informed me that:
A) I should expect a response in 2-3 business days. And
B) My order would take (at the longest) 6-8 business days to ship.
(From August 4 to August 19 is already 10 business days.)
Today, August 26 (5 business days from the date of the email), my order is still In Processing and I have not received a response from anyone at the company.
I called the toll free number listed for this company and got a recording that it is not in service.
I am smelling a big fat scam.
I'm giving this company one chance to fix this error, contact me, and ship my order. If I have not heard anything in 24 hours, I will dispute the charges and file complaints with the proper authorities and government overseers.
I found two phone numbers for this company. One is toll free and not in service. The other is a local number which is a Google Voice number that no one answers. SCAM ARTISTS"

"Customer Service is bad!
I ordered the product on Wednesday, I spent $8 and decided I wanted to cancel the initial order and place a larger order that included the same stuff as the $8 order. I sent them an email 30 minutes after I placed the $8 order and then I placed the more expensive.
Two days later they ship both orders and didn't cancel the first. Didn't even reply to the first email. Their response when I received both orders and told them the first should have been cancelled was that I can send it back to them on my own dime and they will refund the money.
After reading on their website that if you send them an email within an hour they will cancel the order; and then for them to just ignore that emai. That is terrible customer service; now I have doubles of crap I don't need and it isn't worth paying $4 to send something back to get $8 in refund.
