"Long processing time! Rude customer service!! Waiting 3 business days and item still hasn't shipped! Found a cheaper price at overstock.com which I know does fast shipping. I asked about the price matching which they say they do, but if it is not a sister site they do NOT price match!! They also state 1-2 day item ship also not true! "My order contained an item that was not available. However, I was not informed that it was not available until after the order was placed. After the order was shipped I received an email from customer service informing me that this item was not available because of high demand and that I would be eligible for a 5% discount on my next purchase. A similar thong had happened on an order prior to Christmas- with a statement that delivery would be before Christmas which it wasn't- and there was no offer of a discount because they had oversold a similar item. I find it unusual that their customer service hours are so limited."
