"This order is a real pain,order never deliver after 2 weeks from their comfirmed shipping notice. Tried to get online help all I got was they will check and get back to me but nothing. Called again yesterday (03/11/2013)was told they had shipped to wroung address, an hour later email came in says they were out of this item. I am now calling my credit card company to reject the payment.

Very BAD experience all around as they can't control their reseller's process, doesn't seem to talk to each other. "

"I ordered four pashmina wraps recently and when they arrived yesterday, March the 11th I have to return them. Each of them has flaws, and they are very thin. Only one item that says 70% pashmina and 30% silk, and that is the gray colored one. The rest, are generic fabric and nothing in there that says about it. Well, as what they say, you get what you pay for and for $ 14.49, one would think that it is a bargain."

When I called customer service they did not sound very friendly or even appologitic about the wait. There was no explanation about why there was a long wait for it to be processed. My ordered from another leading site for the same type items on the same day and received immediate confirmation of my purchase. It was even delivered to me in less than 5 days. "
