UPS delivered my package as expected, but we live in the county, they left it at our gate, 700ft. from our house, without notifying us, our neighbor found it this morning. I called your customer service. 2 people informed me, once it leaves your company they are no longer responsible.
I told them I would not do business with your company again...their remark was......Sorry you feel that but!!!!!!very rude people. "
