"I have to order contact lenses using this company because their pricing is very competitive but their delivery takes weeks. I have ordered from them on more than 10 occasions and every order has taken more than 2 weeks to be delivered. I've complained to customer service but they seem to think this is acceptable. Yes they are cheap so you get what you pay for. "

"The courier failed to deliver on the due date and when SBG were contacted they had the audacity to tell me to contact DHL. My contract was with them and NOT the courier, therefore it was down to the supoer to speak to the courier and impress upon them they had let the customer down and to make sure delivery was effected asap.
Their courier DHL also failed to supply a 1 hour delivery window which is now common practice and a much simpler and convenient logistical approach."
