"The actual sale part (where they took my money) was fine but since i have had the glasses for almost 20 months and been able to wear them only maybe 3 months.
The pin holding the right side "temple" or arm or whatever that is called has fallen out many times. I do not live in a major city that has sunglasses paces that can make this fix. So when i travel into Washington DC, I have found nice opticians who will do this fix.
I contacted smartbuyglasses and of course they say it is a Vuarnet issue.
I am tired of companies passing the buck!
Even a 50% refund would be fine!
Please recompense me smartbuyglasses and i will recant this bad review!

Terrible service, had battled with customer services for several days before someone actually knowledgeable provided me with a semi decent answer; the company has experienced lots of fraud so now have a painful process for their products. Couple of days later received mail from a courier company stating my shipment is with customs and to get release i need to send my id proof. I sent it though i have different opinion. "I ordered my glasses on 27th of July 2019 and today is 25th of August 2019. This is my Order ID
CA0506525622G. It is been one month I ordered the product. This is really pathetic. Through the customer service I have emailed my query multiple times. But nothing special happened till this time. They have reduced 2.5 dollars totally due to the delay of the glasses. That's all they have done till this time. When I check the status of the product through website, it is showing" lens processing " but for the last 2 weeks I got an email stating that ready for delivery. What kind of tracking system is this? On website they are showing a different status when compared to the email. I am totally frustrated as my old spectacles is broken and I have been using that for one month. Waiting for your reply and I desperately need that glasses as quick as possible. Anyways totally disappointed by your delivery system. I am damn sure it is not even shipped. "Do not do business with SmartBuyGlasses! I ordered a pair of NIKE prescription glasses and received them in a GUESS carrying case and the company has not been able to resolve the issue by sending me my NIKE carrying case. I've sent/received a dozen emails, sent/received a dozen emails, but they will not call or provide a phone number so BUYER BEWARE!!
Secondly, my high index lenses have numbers, symbols and letters etched into them that you can see if you hold the glasses up in natural daylight...again trying to return/exchange is an uphill battle with this company. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!! US0498839622G

"y initial order for frames and lenses was April 21st. They told me the lenses were lost in transit, so they canceled and reordered. Over six weeks later, still no shipment. After significant delays and bad communication, on July 3rd they finally said there was an additional issue and the order could not be shipped. Horrible experience. I've asked to speak with someone in management. We will see. Military and everyone, do not use this company!"

"The glasses are definitely fake. The pouch is such a sloppy job, they could've at least tried making it look nice. They didn't even bother to send a box. No designer glasses are ever sent without the box.

"I ordered glasses on the 14, and 2 weeks later (on the 29th), I still haven't received them.
They don't make it obvious, but they are not located in Canada, and they now say shipping time is up to 14 business days.
I do not yet know if I will receive my glasses, or if they will be what I ordered, but hey, SmartBuyGlasses has asked me twice what I think of them, so here they go!
Edit : we are now the 4th, and still no sign of my glasses. I'm now wondering if its outright fraud, so I'll look into having my credit card reversing the charges, and getting my glasses elswhere."
