It definitely works to control my snoring, the fitting process was simple, and it seems to be fairly durable in comparison to the previous brand mouth guard I purchased. I'm not sure how useful the adjustment feature is after fitting, as I haven't needed to use it and I find that a piece of the adjustment mechanism is right where I tend to rest my tongue when the guard is in place, which is a mild irritation. Overall, I'm happy with the device."

I returned it and am asking that you return my purchase price of $99.00 since I requested it within the allowed for 30 day period from date of purchase. Also, the one day delivery I requested that I paid $29 for was delivered 3 days late. I would like a refund of at least part of that charge becuase I'm sure you will be able to obtain that from FedEx."
