I followed the initial instructions as directed and the SnoreRx worked well for a couple nights. I did experience some jaw discomfort but that went away after a few nights. After after a about a week, my teeth started sliding out from the top and bottom of the mouthpiece, essentially rendering it useless. Not only did I snore but my ribs hurt from my girlfriend's elbow.

I'm seriously contemplating returning it before my 30 days expires."
