It would be nice if they offered two sizes so that it's more comfortable for someone who is smaller. I am a male at 6 feet tall and find the mouth piece a little bigger than thought so a person who is smaller might find this too big therefore uncomfortable to wear. Other than that, it is a excellent product and well made too.

"the item was to large for my mouth, it should come in small, medium & large. not every jaw is the same size.
I returned the item.
