"I've used several appliances before going to my dentist and paying over 300.00 for a personally fitted guard, another 300.00 was covered by insurance. This, over 600.00 appliance lasted 6 months before it broke and was not repairable. This appliance and several others were adjusted several times to bring my bottom jaw forward. Bad assumption on my part, but I adjusted the snorex guard moving my jaw forward before using it. After a week my jaw was very sore on one side and my jaw appeared to be out of line. I couldn't bite down and my teeth touch on one side could no longer touch. I stopped wearing it and it has taken many weeks to NOT wake up with a sore jaw. I have re-adjusted my snore guard to its original factory setting and will be attempting to wear it again. Its odd your survey came the same day I'm going to try using it again.
