"I followed the directions exactly to customize it for my bite and it fits well; however, I am unable to adjust it more than about 3-4 mm (out of the total 10 mm marked on the side). It is helping with my snoring some, but has not totally eliminated it. I feel if I could adjust it more, it might work better, but it wasn't worth going through the hassle of returning it."
