"Instruction use isn't good enough. What is a good starting point?
After days of using snorerx a level 5 and discomfort through the days, I stopped for a couple days to recover and started over at level 4. It's been two weeks since the change and the pain when I try to eat, last well into the night. I have since stopped using snorerx for the last 5 day and I'm still experiencing fatigue in the joints of my jaw,. I am waiting for the discomfort to go away completely so I can try again starting at level 2-3 and moving up to 5 which is where my snoring seemed to have stopped but the after effects were not pleasant. I really like your product and I hate being one of the only negative reviews.
Here's to better luck next time.

"Getting used to a relatively large device in your mouth is challenging and should be addressed more thoroughly. Otherwise, product seems good."

"it takes some getting use to but once I did it was ok. I seem to get up in the middle of the night to remove it because it's uncomfortable. The inside of my lips dry out and I have developed some painful white spots on the tip of my tongue"

"After leaving in boiled water for 'exactly' 90 seconds as instructed, the bottom mouth guard fell out! Won't be bothered mucking around with U.S companies again and will look for an Aust. product instead :("

"I am having a problem keeping the mouthpiece in at night even after following the instructions on how to set it up prior to using it. I was able to keep it in for six hours one night and had a good day. So if I can figure out how to keep it in my mouth every night, I might be able to have great days every day."

"The item got to my address very quickly, the mouth guard itself is a lot better than my previous one, it's very useful that you can adjust it to fit your own needs"

"The device is too bulky and the fit is a bit too big for the back of my jaw.

It is better than a $500.00 model I bought through my dentist that didn't work and fell apart.

You may look at making a couple of sizes and figuring out how someone can measure their mouth so they can communicate sizes with you.

If you make one a bit less bulky I would buy it.

"While the SnoreRx seemed to have improved my snoring, it's uncomfortable presence in my mouth kept me from getting good deep sleep, and that's probably why I didn't snore anyway. Might work for some folks, but was just too large for me to get comfortable enough with. I do like the concept, however, and am now looking toward having a professionally fitted device made, obviously at a much higher price tag!"

"Although Snorex reduced my snoring problem, it gave me severe pain in my jaw. I used it for a month hoping that the pain would subside, but it did not go away. In fact, it took 3 weeks for the pain to go away after I stopped using the product. "
