"I am returning this under the 30-day money back guarantee. I used it as directed and did not have one solid night’s sleep. The unit is large-too large. When you place it in your mouth, you almost cannot close your lips (a far cry from the pictures of people sleeping in your advertising). I’m not sure if it helped decrease snoring. I never got a good night’s sleep though. EVERY night I used it, I awoke 4-5 times during the night because my mouth was BONE DRY. I would have to remove the unit and go to the bathroom to put water in my mouth to moisten it again; then back to sleep only to wake up again 2 hours later and do it all over again. Finally, a few times, I woke up and saw that I had spit it out of my mouth in my sleep. I am VERY disappointed in this product. I do not feel as though it serves its purpose. To the extent that it may decrease snoring, any benefits are offset by all the other hassles you have to put up with (detailed above), which defeat the purpose of it all anyway. Final comment: Trying to contact anyone at Apnea Sciences Corporation is impossible. All of their listed customer service numbers do not work. Save the original FedEx label and use that number, but expect to just be asked to leave a message.I am just returning it with a letter demanding my refund and notifying my credit card company."

"I had very high hopes for this product but it only slightly reduced my snoring rather than eliminating it, presumably because my snoring is caused by my tongue instead of my jaw (I later found a explanation about the difference on http://www.topantisnoringdevices.com/anti-snoring-mouthpieces-which-kind-is-right-for-you/ ). I think it could've possibly helped more if I could've adjusted the calibrator out farther (had it at 5/10) but my jaw just couldn't handle the soreness when I tried. The company was very good about allowing me to return it for a full refund (minus shipping, or whatever), though, so I definitely appreciated their prompt and satisfying customer service experience!"
