I find I am waking less often - sometimes even sleeping through to the morning. My partner is very happy with it too. A lot less disturbances and snoring from me. I've tried anti-snoring menthol throat sprays, the Snoremender and Ripsnore mouth-guards in the past. I can honestly say the Snorerx beats them all. I am also more than impressed with the high quality of construction, and the fact the bottom mandibular unit can be micro-adjusted forwards in 1mm increments. It's a winner for me!

"After trying two other anti-snoring devices, I was left with a very sore jaw and pain in my teeth that rivaled being back in braces as a teenager! I almost gave up until I read about SnoreRX. I took the plunge and ordered it hoping that maybe this would be the device I need to keep my lower jaw in place at night and prevent my snoring. I received the SnoreRX in five days. The packaging was great and the instructions were easy to follow. The mouthpiece became a custom fit after following the instructions to make it mold to my mouth and teeth. That night, I wore it for the first time. It took a little longer for me to fall asleep but I didn't snore at all! I was also able to put the SnoreRX on the 1mm setting and it worked! My lower jaw tends to fall backward and relax too much when I'm asleep so this stabilizes my jaw and keeps it in place. When this happens, I don't snore at all. Not a peep. I also don't wake up with a stiff, sore jaw or pain from pressure on my teeth. I think I have finally found the one thing that will stop my snoring and get me into a better sleep pattern and also protect my health! This device really WORKS!"

It does hold your jaw in place so your breathing is unobstructed, so I gave it some extra time. Not worth the trouble though.

"I used Snorerx for 2 weeks and due to the large size of the mouth piece, it kept falling out of my mouth, I had an excess of saliva when it was in and I had gagging reflex during the practice days and at night. For me, it just didn't work. My back teeth were sore when my mouth was shut properly in my impressions and it was truly very uncomfortable to wear.

So bummed..I really was hoping it would work for me. returned it after the bad experience."
