The Samsung LN32B650 arrived promptly and in very good condition ..... not a single flaw to be seen on the box the LCD television arrived in. So far I am very happy with the LCD television and it is working just fine. I would imagine any malfunction of the LCD television at this point would be due to manufacturer issue and not at all with the merchant I purchased it from. But hopefully no such malfunction occurs with this LCD television for many years to come.

"I was extremely happy with the service I received from Socket2You.com. Simply put, socket2you was on top of their stuff when it came to delivering my order. I had ordered a blu-ray player and an hdmi cable together, and they took the time to write a personalized email explaining that my cable and player had to be shipped separately (for whatever reason I don't remember). On 3-24-09 I ordered a "Samsung HL67A750 67" 1080p Full HD DLP HDTV".
To begin with, the price, was simply the best I could find after searching for months. Even with buying the extended warranty, it fell FAR below what most places sold the tv alone for.
Secondly, the customer service is unbelieveable. I had an issue with my credit card when ordering (at 5:20am) and had a reply 12 minutes later! I fixed my problem and placed the order and Dave let me know 21 minutes later that it had gone through and explained the shipping, etc. Simply AMAZING.
Third, to my complete surprise on the morning of the 27th....Only 3 days later!!! I was told it would be shipped between 1-2 business days. It was actually shipped on the same day I made the order!!! I didn't choose the delivery option where they bring it inside for you, but the driver did it anyway! I even tried to tip him and he wouldn't let me. LOL
Anyway, the point is, this was the best shopping experience I have ever had online. I would give 5 stars to Dave and Socket2you.

"Best online shopping experience I have ever had period. Dave answered every email I sent him, even at night time. Price was the lowest and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything else with my 58" plasma TV. Shipping was super fast for a TV this size. Four business days and it was at my house! They state clearly on their website they do not take returns unless the products are damaged when they arrive. I am sure this keeps their prices low and keeps foolish people away who like to order very expensive things to try them out and then return them. that is stealing and raises the prices on everything for the honest folks who buy what they want and stick with their purchases.
