"I ordered a 37" Panasonic LCD HDTV late Saturday, December 13, and received an e-mail acknowledging the order that same night. The e-mail indicated that I would receive a confirmation e-mail when the TV shipped. I received the confirmation Tuesday, December 16, along with a link for tracking info, and the TV arrived Friday, December 19. So it took awhile for the TV to ship, but it was the week before Christmas, so I'm sure they had a lot of orders to deal with. I was quite satisfied with the company."
