It's licensed software that costs ~$100, so do they really have a big problem with bad credit cards, etc? And even if they did, can't they just deactivated the key, thereby effectively cancelling the sale? For a tech company, their slow approval is surprising. Otherwise, it's great. "

"I bought a one time software licence for Microsoft Office Home & Student in Dec 2021. Today I couldn't save any Excel or word documents and got an error message asking me to renew my subscription. I called and explained what happened. I then received an email form Daniel who asked for screen shots of the error message and licence. He sent me an program to uninstall and then install the correct program. Everything seems to be working fine now.
