"I was very leery about ordering something like this online. (my IT people at work didn't recommend that I do this) But I really wanted an older version (2013) of Microsoft Office Professional for my home computer, as it is all that I need and am familiar with. I am not very tech savvy. I was able to download, install, and activate without having to call tech support, had a couple of challenges, but was able to figure it out myself. (the step by step instructions were good) I was fairly confident in SoftwareKeep because it was an established Vancouver company and had a good BBB rating. It's only been a few days (that why only 4 stars), but all is working well so far. Thank you SoftwareKeep, you saved me a lot of money as Office Professional is only available by subscription now. "
