In their request for information, their example showed that the statement would read "Microsoft software " and it read something totally different on my cc statement. "I wanted a Microsoft office and took the short “find out the right product for you” thing. I purchased the office 365 2011 for my Mac and didn’t work, of course it wouldn’t as it said in the disclaimer beneath the download button.

Regarding the wrong merchant description - that is just a generic picture used as an illustration.
